पण्डित; is a Brahman Scholar or a Teacher of any field of knowledge in Hinduism, particularly the Vedic scriptures, Dharma, Hindu Philosophy, or secular subjects such as music.
Brahman :- The divine essence that fills everything in the universe. All the individual Gods are part of Brahman.
